  • Children under 5 years old are not allowed into the Chelsea Flower Show. Children 5 years old and over are allowed entry to the event but must have their own ticket.
  • TopTicketsToday.com is a secondary market agent specialising in supplying hard-to-find tickets for the most popular and sold-out events. We are not affiliated with any box office or event organizer.
  • Once you make a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email containing your ticket delivery details.
  • When you purchase these hard-to-find tickets from us for this event, you acknowledge that your name will not be present on the tickets. The e-tickets we provide will instead have the original purchaser's or supplier's name shown on the tickets, however, this is not important as it is only the barcodes on the tickets which is important for entry to the event.
  • You are not required to show ID when attending this event. We do not supply tickets for events which require ID to be shown.
  • Prices are set dynamically based on demand, and may fluctuate daily. Prices are typically above the face-value. Original face value (excluding fees) is approximately £89.
  • All quoted prices are per person, assuming purchases are made in pairs, unless otherwise stated. Prices may differ for odd numbers and larger groups.
  • Seat grouping is only guaranteed in sets of two. If you make a booking for groups of 4 or more, then it may be necessary to seat you in separate rows. We will try where possible to seat you all together on a line in the same row.
  • All sales are final. Cancelled bookings are not eligible for a refund. Please confirm your availability before placing an order.
  • In the rare event that someone claims they were not permitted entry to an event, we will only provide compensation if you can provide written evidence from the venue as well as sending us back the original unused tickets.
  • You must contact us if you have any enquiries, do not directly contact the box office or venue with any questions as they have no record of your purchase and therefore cannot assist you. Also, do not reference us when you attend the venue as we are not affiliated with the event organiser in any way.
  • As a ticket broker sourcing hard-to-find tickets we may not know in advance whether the tickets will be electronic or physical, and as a result your purchase will include a postal delivery charge. Should you receive an order of electronic tickets, you may request a refund of the delivery charge once you receive the e-tickets.
  • Promoters for an event often withhold tickets until closer to the event. This means we are often unable to send you your tickets immediately after your purchase. However, you can typically expect to receive your tickets 4 days before the event.
  • To ensure you are able to receive your tickets without any issues, be sure to check you entered your email address correctly during checkout, and always double check your spam/junk folder in that email as sometimes emails containing your tickets can slip in there by mistake.
  • If you have not received your tickets 4 days before the event, please contact us.
  • We do not operate during weekends, therefore if your event is taking place on a Saturday or Sunday and you have not yet received your tickets, then you must get in touch during the week before the event takes place to allow enough time for us to handle your enquiry.
  • Upon receiving your tickets, be sure to check them carefully to ensure there are no mistakes, as we cannot correct mistakes later.
  • Be sure to follow the ticket collection instructions provided in the listing, PDF ticket, and the confirmation email.
  • On the day of the event, make sure you carry a print-out or a screenshot of your PDF tickets, and also bring your ID to present at security checkpoints.
  • You cannot pass along or resell our tickets without our prior consent.
  • You must not let anyone else collect your tickets on your behalf.
  • We are not liable for event postponement, event cancellations, or non-attendance to an event. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary insurance to cover this.
  • The dates and times of an event can change, so be sure to check for any updates.
  • If you make a last-minute or late booking, we will attempt to provide you with e-tickets by email as early as possible. However, with last-minute bookings we sometimes do not receive your tickets until 10am on the day of the event, and these may sometimes be paper tickets. Therefore in that case we will be in touch with you to arrange the delivery of your tickets or arrange a convenient collection point near the show for you to collect your tickets.

To embrace the show's atmosphere, you can enhance your attire with floral prints and patterns or opt for a color palette inspired by spring, featuring pastels, creams, and various shades of green.
