WE PROVIDE A TICKET SOURCING SERVICE ON OUR WEBSITE and work with secondary ticket brokers to obtain your tickets. PRICES ARE SET BY SELLERS AND MAY BE ABOVE OR BELOW THEIR FACE VALUE.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the following meanings:

“Us”, “Our”, “We” – refers to the company/owner of this website

“Application form” – the application form to make your purchase

Our Service

When you pay the fee for our service we will:

• Find and obtain your tickets from secondary ticket brokers. Our partners will then ship the tickets to the delivery address you provided.
• If we are unable to obtain your tickets, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

When you use our service, you understand and agree that:

• We are not affiliated with the promoters of any event. We work with secondary ticket brokers which supply your tickets. These ticket prices vary based on supply and demand, and are typically above the face-value. Prices may also fluctuate daily. Ultimately prices are set by sellers and are above face-value.
• The promoters of some events restrict the resale of tickets, and hence upon purchasing from our website you understand that you are attending the event using a valid ticket to which you are the guest of the original purchaser.
• Some events may feature identification details of the original purchaser, meaning that anyone other than the original buyer could be refused entry. You accept this risk upon using our website, and we are unable to issue refunds should the ticketholder be refused entry. Alternatively, the event organisers may limit the use of tickets (or passcodes to purchase tickets) to the original buyer. You accept this risk upon using our website, and we are unable to issue refunds should the ticketholder be refused entry. Please consider this risk before accepting the Terms & Conditions of sale.
• If your chosen ticket is unavailable, we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade the order to the next available option, or alternatively refund the order in full. However, deposits are non refundable. 
• While we will attempt to allocate larger bookings together, at minimum we will keep group bookings together in pairs. Essentially, group bookings or odd amounts of tickets greater than 2 are not guaranteed to be seated together.
• Upon placing your order, you must pay for your order in full immediately upon the booking being accepted.
• Once you place your order no refunds, cancellations, or ticket exchanges will be accepted.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, for any such reason, we will only refund you the face value of the ticket.
• When you place an order, if we are unable to obtain your tickets, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
• The risk of damage to or loss of the tickets supplied by our partners will pass to you when the tickets are dispatched to you.
• Your tickets will be dispatched to you using a secure, signed for delivery service.
• Tickets will typically be dispatched within 2 weeks from the date of booking. However, in some cases tickets are held back by the promoters as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets, and as a result tickets may only be received by you shortly before the date of the event, or in extreme cases on the date of the event. In cases where there is not enough time to have the tickets posted to you, arrangements will be made for you to collect your tickets either from our partner's london office, or from a representative at the venue.
• We are not liable for any failure by the courier to deliver your tickets, and we are not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch to you. No duplicates or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.
• We are not responsible for changes such as the event date, time, venue, adverse weather conditions or other matters beyond our control.
• We act as an agent of the client to arrange the booking, and we will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortious loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
• We are not liable for death or personal injury suffered by you or your guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of you or any of your guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by you arising out of the booking.
• We are not liable for any cancellation of or alteration to your booking or any loss or damage to you arising out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
